I’m glad to see you here! Taking this step to pursue the tools you need for a more fulfilling life is a brave choice, and it is my hope that I can provide you support for this journey.

 

My approach to counseling focuses on collaboration so that we can explore your strengths, identify the skills you already possess, and develop additional supports to enhance your life and relationships. I particularly enjoy working with children, teens, and families as they seek to change dynamics and find healing. In my sessions, I like to utilize art, play, games, as well as various other techniques as we work together to accomplish your goals. My hope is that you leave our sessions feeling empowered, seen, challenged, and ready to tackle whatever comes your way. 

 

I am an Associate Social Worker, and received my Master of Social Work from San Diego State University. I have provided clinical services in a variety of settings, including in-home behavioral therapy for clients and their families, at an outpatient therapeutic clinic for children and teens, in an adult crisis house, and in elementary and middle school settings. Providing mental health services that support both the individual and the family is something I feel passionately about, and I look forward to learning how I can best support you!
